These workshops are aimed for Yoga Teachers and Students, as well as Yogis wishing to delve deeper into their practise to help aid optimal wellbeing and for Yogis who have injuries covered in these workshops and would like to delve deeper into their own self enquiry and healing. With pre-reading on what makes up a skeletal system of the body and tissue healing times 

4 Part course of 3 hours each

  • Ankle: Anatomy, Physiology, Common Injuries seen in Yoga of the Ankle: Planter Fascitis and Ankle Sprains, Yoga Poses to help reduce risk of injury, Yoga Poses to aid healing.
  • Knee: Anatomy, Physiology, Common Injuries seen in Yoga of the Knee: Meniscal tears and Osteoarthritis, Yoga Poses to help reduce risk of injury, Yoga Poses to aid healing.
  • Hip: Anatomy, Physiology, Common Injuries seen in Yoga of the Hip: Hamstring Tendonopathy and Trochenteric Bursitis (gluteal tendonopathy), Yoga Poses to help reduce risk of injury, Yoga Poses to aid healing.
  • Lower Back: Anatomy, Physiology, Common Injuries seen in Yoga of the Back: Sciatica and Muscular Lower Back Pain, Yoga advise to help reduce risk of injury, Yoga Poses to aid healing. When to sign post to a Health Professional.

Flow Yoga and Surf Workshops 🙏🌞

Come and join YogaKinetics and Flow Surf School and Hire for a Yoga/Surf Workshop in beautiful sunny saltburn

If your new to surfing or would like to delve a little deeper into this beautiful sport, come and join us!

Starting off with a vinyasa flow to get a mind and body in tune and ready to hit the waves.

Then one hours guided surf session with Richie from Flow Surf School and Hire.

Finishing off with 15 minute cool down yoga session with restorative partnered stretches.

All yoga and surf equiptment provided.

Yin/Yang Workshop 10-12 Studio21

Gentle flow to retune our energies, followed by a gentle grounding yin practise of lying and seated postures to reground, unblock and delve deeper to opening our connective tissue. Finishes with a beautiful relaxing meditation using bolsters and blocks.

All levels welcome and finishes with healthy snack and teas post workshop.
